J Games: Space Wars

Introduction

You're working for the EPS (Earth Protection Service) and commanding one of the various spacecrafts that you are offered. It is located on the bottom of the screen. Currently, Earth is having a war with the aliens of Jupiter, the Jupitans. You've come to investigate and hopefully find a plan to infiltrate the Jupitans' base. But they have sent many spaceships to destroy you, and you've recently reached the Asteroid Belt, whose asteroids also threaten your ship! All of these hazards seem to come in endless waves. How many waves can you survive? How about your high score?

Controls

You're always constantly moving towards your goal of Jupiter, but the options controlled by you are:

Speed Up / Slow Down ............................ Up and Down arrow keys

Move Left / Move Right .......................... Left and right arrow keys

Shoot .............................................................. Space Bar

Point Values

DESTROY an ASTEROID ........................... 1,000 points

DESTROY an ENEMY SHIP ...................... 2,000 points

DODGE an ASTEROID .............................. 100 points

DODGE an ENEMY SHIP ......................... 300 points

CLEAR a WAVE ............................................. 500x + 3,000 points, x = number of waves cleared

Small Mechanics

• Waves will get harder as time goes on.
• Which hazard you will get is random, but there is: 

A 1/4 Chance that you will get an enemy ship

A 3/4 Chance you will get an asteroid

• Both your spaceship AND every hazard only has ONE HIT, so make yours count.
• If your bullet and an enemy bullet collide, the two will cancel out.

The audio make take a few seconds to come in, so don't be startled when it does! I've tried fix it, but it just seems like a small bug in the Unity Server. There's nothing I can do to help it. Sorry!

If you are playing on a small computer and cannot see the entire screen normally, scroll down to the bottom of the game screen and you will find a Fullscreen button. If you click that, the screen will accommodate to whichever screen you are using. To exit out of it, just click the esc button.
